What We're Looking For:

  • Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in the relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated success in finding, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • Experience selling facilities/building services, including operations and maintenance, janitorial, integrated facilities services, or similar. 

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (ZoomInfo, HubSpot,, and a proven track record in business development.

  • Attributes: Initiative, strong organizational skills, problem-solving prowess, and exceptional client relationship management.
