Job Summary:We are seeking a bilingual, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Floor Technician across multiple locations. This position involves performing a range of cleaning duties as well as specialized tasks related to floor care and maintenance. The Cleaner/Floor Tech will ensure all areas of our facilities are clean, organized, and presentable according to company standards and guidelines. The candidate must have a car, a flexible schedule, and be willing to travel across all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning in various areas of our facilities.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas, focusing on high-traffic zones, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock janitorial supplies and keep inventory of cleaning materials.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, meetings, and gatherings.
• Handle and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions.
• Operate and maintain floor care machinery, such as floor buffers, burnishers, and carpet cleaning equipment.
• Perform specialized floor care tasks, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize cleaning tasks efficiently according to schedules.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Expertise in floor care procedures, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Ability to operate and maintain floor care machinery.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel across the projects.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
