Job PurposeWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lead Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. This role includes routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, trash removal, floor care, building security, and emergency response, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial maintenance of assigned areas in line with the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Clean and disinfect indoor and outdoor spaces, restock supplies, and maintain inventory.
• Assist the Supervisor in equipment usage, daily checks, safety procedures, and team support.
• Provide floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, while using chemicals safely.
• Service restrooms and maintain cleanliness of common areas such as kitchens and conference rooms.
• Ensure building security by following site-specific guidelines and reporting safety concerns.
• Handle trash removal and the safe disposal of waste and hazardous materials.
• Attend to snow removal from walkways and parking areas as needed.
• Drive to different work sites, ensuring timely arrival and safe transportation of materials (if required).

Qualifications and Requirements

• One (1) year of related experience and/or training. 
• Experience in janitorial services preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks efficiently, and maintain professionalism.
• Experience in operating landscaping equipment and handling cleaning chemicals.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with state-minimum insurance (if required by site).

SCHEDULE - Mon - Fri (5:00 AM - 01:30 PM)

Pay $24.20+ per hour. 8 paid holidays.
